This program works differently. We begin by identifying the deeper through-line underneath your work itself. Here, your voice is not manufactured here, your niche is not “picked” at random, and your core message is not manufactured.
Instead, we uncover the patterns already present across your life, your work, your clients, your obsessions, your questions, your lived transformations, and your deepest areas of attention.

Our Three Pillars
The Curriculum, Live Call Schedule & Visibility Practice Community
Pillar 1: The Emergent Voice Curriculum
This program is built around a process I’ve developed over the past decade working with practitioners whose work is real—but not yet fully formed. It’s a three-phase system that takes what you know and turns it into something you can clearly express, stand inside, and build a business around.
MONTHS 1-3
Unearth:
Clarify the core of your life’s work.
In phase 1, you will identify the deeper through-line of your work and lived experience, articulate the transformation you are here to lead and uncover your original voice beneath conditioning and noise.By the end of this phase, you will have a clear articulation of what you are here to do and why it matters.
MONTHS 4-6
Embody:
Translate clarity into expression.
In phase two, you will shape your message into language that feels true and grounded, begin expressing your work publicly with more confidence and refine your positioning, niche, and signature offer. By the end of this phase, you will have a message and offer you can speak about clearly, without second-guessing.
MONTHS 7-9
Express:
Build the structure that supports your work long-term.
In phase three, you will design a business architecture aligned with your life’s work, develop a visibility plan that fits your energy and voice, and step into leadership with greater steadiness and authority. By the end of this phase, you will have a coherent body of work, a clear message, and a business structure you trust.

The 3rd weekend of every month (except December) we have the Apollo Retreat. These are focused on creativity and distillation; on producing the work that needs to be done for your business.

1st, 2nd and 3rd Thursdays for co-working and office hours. This is an opportunity for you to dive into the curriculum work together and get any help you need.

Pillar 3: The Visibility Practice Community
Along with the Core Curriculum and Live Call Schedule, you’ll be invited to participate in the Visibility Practice Community.
For many practitioners, visibility activates fear—of judgment, of being misunderstood of taking up space, of being overexposed.
The Visibility Practice Community exists to help you build a safer and more grounded relationship with expression.
Inside this space, you will:
practice visibility before going fully public
refine your message through repeated expression
receive reflection and feedback from peers
metabolize fear and resistance with support
build trust in your voice through lived experience
develop steadiness around being seen
Over time, being seen by others becomes less emotionally charged, and you begin developing a more stable relationship with your voice, your message, and your leadership.

About Rachel
For over a decade, I’ve worked with wellness practitioners helping them identify the deeper coherence underneath their work.
I specialize in seeing what exists implicitly but has not yet been fully articulated—identifying where voice has been diluted, over-adapted, or split into parts, where businesses no longer reflect the depth of the practitioner behind them and where intuitive knowing has never been translated into coherent structure.

Yes — we stand behind this work completely. This is not a surface-level program. It is a deep, guided process that works — when you do the work. That’s why we offer a “Do the Work”. If you show up fully — watch the videos, complete the homework, attend at least 10 live group calls, implement the steps to develop and articulate your core message, and create the key messaging assets we teach — and you can show proof of this — we will continue to coach you. Because your voice and message deserve to be fully expressed — and I am fully committed to helping you make that real in the world.
