About Rachel
I had to find my voice, forget it, then find it again, many times over, before I realized it’s the tether to the essence of who I am and the key to my evolution in life.
I’ve always had a lot to say but couldn’t say it without first asking, “Who am I to?” “Do I have the right?” or “What will this cost me, and is it worth it?”
As a person that has lived in many different cultures and countries, I prided myself on adaptability, which meant seeing things from the perspective of the culture I was in and adapting myself to fit. I twisted my voice to fit into other people’s realities.
After almost 20 years of this, eventually I bleeding into my marriage.
And I did what most people do when they’re backed into a corner by their own silence—I turned toward it. I began the long, messy, freeing work of listening for what was underneath the noise. Not the “right” thing to say. The real thing.
What emerged wasn’t branding. It wasn’t a niche. It wasn’t strategy.
It was something far older and more sacred:
A voice that felt like it belonged to me.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of wellness and transformation professionals—coaches, healers, artists, guides—reclaim the raw, resonant truth of what they’re here to say. Not with tricks or templates, but with the deep work of showing up, again and again, in the presence of fear, judgment, and longing.
I built Evolving Voice because I believe this: Voice is not just a communication skill. It’s an evolutionary force.
And those of us called to heal, guide, and serve the world must learn how to wield it with courage, clarity, and self-respect.
This program isn’t about building a bigger audience. It’s about becoming the kind of person whose presence is unmistakable—because they are in relationship with what wants to come through them.
My work is in service to that emergence.

What We Are
Evolving Voice is built to move you from stuck and scattered, into clear, consistent, and creatively alive. We are here to PRACTICE—messily, meaningfully, and consistently, until we get down deep enough we start to touch our truth. We help distill your voice by giving you a space to show up real-time and exercises designed to attempt to get your truth into language. We are a tool for creating consistent, resonant content that reflects who you actually are and a practice ground for showing up online without performative polish, giving you a space to confront and rewire the inner blocks that silence or shrink you.
What We Are Not
Evolving Voice is not a therapeutic circle. We share out truth, but this is not a a place to come seeking to be validated for what you think and feel. We are global, and therefore, we are plural. This is a space of subjective truth, a container that holds collective voice—yours, yes, and others too. We are all not a program, but a process. A place to show up to get in touch wth being a subject of evolution and let it do it’s work on you. We are not a place to learn social media strategy, or get access to a passive content library for you to binge on later. This is not a place to wait until you “feel ready.”
This is a space of action and emergece. Where limitless meets limited, where formless meets form. Where abstract meets material.
